PARTIES

Mister John’s Music brings the party to you!  Our unique interactive, multi-sensory, cross-generational music and pretend-play experience is brought to your home or chosen venue (or consider renting Mister John’s Music space for the ultimate experience).

Songs and activities are tailored to suit your party’s theme and the birthday girl or boy’s preferences.  Guests of all ages are encouraged to participate in the fun!

For all teachers, except Mister John, groups of 20 or less kids: $250 for 45 minutes

For all teachers, except Mister John, groups of 20 or less kids: $350 for 45 minutes

(Travel allowance is added for distances over 30 min.)

Availability

Our space is typically available on Fridays 6-10PM, Saturdays from 4:30-10PM or Sundays from 12:30-10PM.  Depending on teaching schedules the studio may be available at alternate times.

Our finely-tuned upright piano  is available for professional use and can be positioned in front of the curtain line.

Outdoor Space

(Weather permitting) The Salter St. cul-de-sac is great for an additional gathering space with many possibilities before, during or after indoor use.

Seating Options

Comfortably accommodate up to 44 seated guests on up to 30 chairs and our upholstered bench seating.

Backstage Space & Restroom

Accessed through the door at the far corner of the space, our lower level has a seperated backstage area and our restroom has already gained a fan base (really). #misterjohnsrestroom

Silent Climate Control

Our capabable heating and cooling system is adaptable and silent in operation.

Food & Drink Welcome

All private rentals are permitted to have food and drink. Please inquire about catering options.

Sound Options

Live music shouldn’t require any amplification, but for playing outside our space on Salter St. or for playing recorded music, we have a 2 speaker PA system availabe for an additional charge.

Windows

Depending on your needs, our large corner windows open the space up dramatically, or can be closed off with translucent or opaque curtains. (Please note: closing the opaque curtains eliminates the bench seating)

Coat & Bag Check

12 double coat hooks and more than  24 individual compartments offer self-serve coat/ bag check. Additional rack space can be made available on the lower level.

Computer controlled lighting and special effects to enhance any event.

Use our velour curtain backdrop for performances with extra pizazz.

Platform Options

Utilize our 4’x4′ or 4’x8′ wooden surface platform with an 8″ rise for enhanced visibility.
